

Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Policy
ACERT, Inc. is committed to ensuring that research funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is designed, conducted, and reported objectively and without bias resulting from financial conflicts of interest. In accordance with 42 CFR Part 50, Subpart F, and the NIH Grants Policy Statement, ACERT, Inc. maintains a Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Policy governing all Investigators engaged in PHS/NIH-funded research.

Consistent with 42 CFR 50.605(a)(5), members of the public may request information regarding financial conflicts of interest held by Senior/Key Personnel that have been determined to be related to NIH-funded research. ACERT, Inc. will respond in writing within five business days of receiving such a request.
